We have state-of-the-art Surface Mount Technology (SMT) PCB Assembly lines which can place components to an accuracy of 25 microns. For mission critical aerospace applications, we utilize 3D solder paste measurement equipment to verify that the proper volume of solder is applied. Automated Optical Inspection is performed on SMT PCB assemblies to verify proper component part numbers, location, positioning, marking, etc. X-Ray inspection is utilized to verify proper reflow of solder under electronic components whose connections are no longer visible after soldering. All of these steps ensure a high-quality process for your designs.
